Tim works mainly with creative and strategic thinkers and small business owners to achieve their goals. Whether that is growing your business, focussing on what brings you joy, or building a better work/life balance.
Tim uses a combination of coaching, mentoring and strategic advice to create a programme for you, hence the name Creative Counselling.
Each session works as a guided brainstorm, where we identify your aspirations, issues, solutions and actions.
The format is a longer session (1 hour) one week, followed by action points and homework, and then a shorter review session (around 30 minutes) the following week.
